Tequila

I have never been to Mexico, and just as the saying goes: “When in Rome…,” I feel as though I am obligated in some strange form to partake in the nationally famous fermented Blue Agave beverage as I was obligated to participate in Amsterdam, or Bordeaux…

So it goes. Have you ever heard of a “Tequila Tasting?” perhaps, but stay tuned. Something tells me that compared to Bordeaux it is going to have just a tick less class and a bit more kick-in-the-ass.

I’ll keep you posted.

I’m a whiskey drinker myself, but I enjoy tequila now and then. If you ever really want to treat yourself, try Jose Cuervo Reserva de la Familia. If you haven’t tried it, you might be thinking, “Gross, Jose?” It’s pretty delicious, though. My ex was a tequila enthusiast and really got me liking this stuff.
